  • Plan and coordinate delivery activities across business, product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action registers, status updates, and governance materials.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests, and escalate where required.
  • Support Agile or hybrid delivery routines, including backlog refinement, planning, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate UAT preparation, business readiness, implementation support, and post-release follow-up.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in documentation, analysis, status reporting, and project follow-up.
  • Mentor junior BA/PM colleagues and share practical delivery and documentation practices.

  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, organize complex information, and drive follow-through.
  • Comfortable using digital collaboration, project tracking, productivity, and AI-enabled tools.
