Description
As a Senior Analyst, Financial Crime at Judo Bank, you'll be part of the Fraud and Financial Crime team, identifying, investigating, and managing economic crime risks across the business.
You'll work closely with teams across Customer, Operations, Product, and Risk, taking ownership of investigations and contributing to initiatives that strengthen Judo's fraud and financial crime capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting end-to-end investigations into fraud and financial crime events and alerts
- Assessing customer activity and transactional behaviour to identify potential financial crime risks
- Preparing high-quality Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and other investigation outcomes
- Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information and support investigation outcomes
- Analysing data and emerging trends to identify risks and opportunities for control improvement
- Leading and supporting initiatives that enhance fraud and financial crime processes, controls, and capabilities
- Contributing to the ongoing development of monitoring, detection, and investigation practices
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support regulatory and internal requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Crime, Fraud, AML/CTF investigations, or a related discipline, along with strong analytical and investigative skills.
