Description

At Databricks, you will be part of a team passionate about enabling data teams to solve challenging problems. As a Senior Developer Advocate for Omnigent, you will be a vital bridge between engineering teams and the open source community.

Omnigent is a meta-harness for AI agents, sitting above harnesses like Claude Code and Codex. Your focus will be on the open source project and community: creating templates, demos, and reference implementations that developers can use and extend.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging talks and hosting panels and meetups
  • Creating blogs, video content, courseware, and sample repositories
  • Answering questions in community forums and issue trackers
  • Meeting one-on-one with influential practitioners

You will report to the Head of Developer Relations and collaborate with fellow Developer Advocates and program managers to create and execute an open source strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of combined experience as a developer advocate and in a hands-on technical role, with professional experience building software and current hands-on experience with agentic developer tooling and coding agents.
