Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to a Senior Legal Counsel and advise the international business on day-to-day legal matters, delivering the highest standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance whilst supporting the business with its international growth.
Your remit will cover legal support to the global (excluding China) direct and indirect procurement teams and the commercial retail teams for UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Australia (“EMEA”), APAC and Travel Retail, along with new market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the business on day-to-day legal matters
- Support the business with negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts
- Develop and enhance effective working processes with the business
- Assist other areas of the business and legal team on a broad range of legal matters
- Prepare and conduct legal training for staff
Key Attributes:
- Qualified legal professional
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor – England and Wales (1-2 years’ PQE)
- Solid training and qualifications from a leading national or international law firm or reputable business
- Experience of working for a global brand and advising on multi-jurisdictional issues is highly desirable
Working Environment:
- Office based: Central London (hybrid working, office based for 3 days per week)
