Chief Engineer Racing ICE (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer Racing Engine to lead an international high-performance engine development project.

Responsibilities:

• Overall technical responsibility for a motorsport engine development project
• Technical leadership and coordination of Design, Application, and Assembly teams
• Definition of technical requirements, development targets, and validation activities
• Coordination of technical decisions, design reviews, and problem-solving activities
• Management of technical risks, changes, and interfaces
• Technical communication with customers, suppliers, and international development partners
• Ensuring performance, reliability, quality, and timely technical delivery

Profile:

• University degree in Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive engine or powertrain development
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and engine development processes
• Experience in technical leadership and interdisciplinary team coordination
• Motorsport or high-performance engine experience is a strong advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• Very good Czech, English, and German language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
