Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI.

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to patients of all ages, evaluates and establishes treatment plans, and provides documentation for all treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy to patients of all ages
• Develop and implement treatment modalities and procedures
• Provide patient and family education
• Document all treatments and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Experience in general practice of physical therapy with experience in area of specialization beneficial
