Measurement Partnerships Manager

Electronic Arts is seeking a Measurement Partnerships Manager to join their Marketing team. As a Measurement Partnerships Manager, you will manage partnerships with measurement and insights providers to prove the audience's value to advertisers. You will be the main contact for clients, recommend measurement solutions, and help them understand and use their results.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for advertisers on measurement , recommend the right solutions and help them interpret results.
• Build custom performance analyses with advertisers and vendors, and package results for the Sales team.
• Help onboard and manage measurement partners, from evaluation through integration.
• Track partner performance against the roadmap, and manage renewals.
• Consult with the AdTech team on technical integrations, including data pipelines and clean rooms.
• Research new measurement tools and trends, and recommend what to adopt.
• Collect partner and client feedback and share it with Product and Engineering teams.
• Resolve daily partner and client issues, escalating to the Director when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in ad measurement, verification, or marketing analytics.
• Working knowledge of measurement/verification vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, or HUMAN).
• Familiarity with data clean rooms (e.g., InfoSum, LiveRamp).
• Experience managing external partners or vendors.
• Client-facing experience explaining data to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working hands-on with data and analysis tools (Excel required; SQL or BI tools).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in entertainment or CTV advertising.
• Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or attribution methods.
• Experience presenting analysis directly to clients and non-technical internal partners.
