We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Parkhead, offering a competitive salary of £13.10 per hour, paid over 36 hours per week.
As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, and driving awareness of the extra services we offer in Pharmacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and friendly experience for customers, discussing personal health issues with confidence and sensitivity
- Resolving customer problems efficiently and directing them to the right products
- Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions
- Supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes
- Developing an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to them
- Collecting prescriptions from doctor's surgeries on behalf of customers

To succeed in this role, you'll be naturally friendly, highly organised, and passionate about delivering great customer service. You'll have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
As part of your development, you'll complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, followed by training as a Dispensing Assistant.
