Description
ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Commercial LAI Transformation Director to lead work that is strategically important to ViiV's future, highly visible across the Europe & International region, and directly connected to improving outcomes for people living with and at risk of HIV.
The successful candidate will lead assigned regional LAI strategic priorities and transformation workstreams across the Europe & International Alliance markets. This involves translating global and regional LAI ambition into practical execution plans, leading complex matrix teams across functions and markets, and building the capabilities, governance, and performance rhythm required to accelerate adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver commercial transformation programmes that drive Alliance and Regional performance
- Mobilise and strategically lead cross-functional Alliance project teams
- Co-create scalable tools, processes, and capability solutions with key stakeholders
- Drive change by building strong relationships and guiding teams with clear communication and practical support
- Track adoption, sustained behaviour change, and commercial impact against agreed outcomes
- Embed change, scale what works across LOCs, and agree ongoing ownership to sustain impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MSc or comparable postgraduate qualification preferred
- Significant commercial leadership in pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or consulting
- Proven track record leading multi-market or above-country commercial programmes and delivering growth in a competitive, specialty therapy area
- Experience with omnichannel, data, and AI-enabled ways of working to drive customer engagement and performance
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's) or professional certification in change management
- Experience applying data or AI-enabled approaches to commercial problem-solving
- Experience in speciality care, launches, portfolio growth, customer engagement, or capability building
- Skilled in using data and insights to drive business improvement and innovation
- Experience coaching or developing teams to adapt to new ways of working
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to pharmaceutical commercial activities
