Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Hartlepool Simply Food store. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly. Responsibilities include managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.
Your tasks will involve:
- Operating mechanical equipment relevant to the job
- Tracking deliveries and managing stock using digital tools
- Adapting to various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Maintaining flexibility to support the store's operational needs
This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work full-time hours during certain periods.
