As a Teamlead at Coolblue, you will lead a motivated team to make as many customers happy as possible with the right product.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with the most suitable product or solution thanks to your specialised product knowledge.
- Be the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor with problems and complex customer questions.
- Lead, coach and guide your colleagues on the shop floor.
- Set an example for your colleagues by giving proactive feedback and helping them improve in their work.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they feel welcome.
- Actively think with the team to make the Coolblue store a little better every day.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial role in a store.
- Experience in leading and coordinating employees is a plus.
- Ability to spot opportunities and improve.
- Giving feedback in a stimulating way.
- Excellent mastery of the Dutch language.
- You work within the opening hours of the store, working on Saturdays is no problem for you.
