Senior Market Manager

As a Senior Market Manager at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and expansion of our supply in your assigned territory.

You will manage individual hotel and/or chain accounts, focusing on acquiring high-quality inventory and building the Hotel category's market presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and exceeding OKRs by owning the performance and success of hotels within your portfolio
• Operating autonomously to secure more inventory and implementing strategic tactics to drive maximum business impact
• Driving end-to-end assessment, analysis, and execution of strategy to drive maximum market performance
• Presenting to and delivering exceptional service to hotel partners in a timely and efficient manner
• Leveraging your intimate knowledge of the market to be the 'go-to' source for local trends and market dynamics
• Acting as a mentor and player/coach to colleagues, developing account management strategies, and providing peer guidance
• Confidently selling to and building strong relationships with senior-level hotel executives
• Continuously learning and bettering your understanding of the hospitality industry and revenue management best practices
• Collaborating with other Senior Market Managers, Regional Managers, and cross-functional partners to drive regional supply strategy and implement innovative ideas

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 8+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• 2+ years of experience in the tech/travel industry
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects, and deadlines
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior-level hotel executives
• Familiarity with leading complex and/or cross-functional projects
• Capacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution
• Flexibility to travel 25% of the time

In terms of compensation, the base pay range for this role is $139,000-$163,000 USD per year. You will also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
