Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Metro Centre, Gateshead. You'll work varied shifts including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our operations, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and ensuring customers feel valued. You'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, stay sharp and focused during busy periods, and utilise digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
