Senior Manager, Compensation

The Senior Manager, Compensation will be a strategic advisor and consultant to People Experience (PE) Partners and Business leaders to guide and meet complex business and talent needs.

The compensation team at Electronic Arts are trusted consultants to PE partners and business leaders, staying at the forefront of market trends to create compelling compensation programs that attract, engage, reward, and retain EA's talent.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary consultant for assigned business units, with teams located globally
• Establish and nurture consultative and collaborative relationships with PE partners, business leaders, and team members
• Provide creative compensation recommendations and solutions aligned with EA's business strategy, compensation philosophy, and culture
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers
• Drive and support the planning and delivery of the annual Merit, Bonus, and Equity cycle
• Lead or contribute to other projects related to compensation or overall global total reward programs

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a related field
• 7+ years of compensation experience in a client-facing role
• Managed close working relationships with multiple partners
• Extensive experience designing and implementing compensation programs
• Experience presenting compensation topics to PE Partners and Managers
• Advanced Excel skills and data modeling/analytics capability
