Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Change Control Manager to oversee the scheduling and execution of work across its facility engineering portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the master maintenance calendar, managing the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes, and ensuring data quality in the portfolio management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio
- Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes
- Run the change control process end-to-end
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming changes and maintenance
- Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage
- Partner with site leads and facility managers to align staffing schedules with the maintenance and change calendars
- Drive data validation and data quality efforts across the facility engineering portfolio management tools
- Establish and enforce data entry standards and audit processes
- Generate reporting and dashboards from portfolio data
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, or a similar operational role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple overlapping calendars and stakeholders
- Experience with change management or maintenance management systems
- A sharp eye for data quality and comfort auditing datasets
- Clear, proactive communicator who can work across engineering, operations, and leadership audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data center or critical infrastructure facility operations
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms or ITSM change management tools
- Experience building reporting or dashboards
We offer a competitive salary range of $109,000 to $145,000, a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
