Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee major, complex projects and programmes in mission critical and data center environments. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and integrate project activities across various stages, from planning and design to construction, commissioning, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day delivery across major projects and programmes.
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, actions, deliverables, reporting requirements, and changing priorities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, stakeholders, and project interfaces.
- Drive project governance through risk registers, action logs, decision logs, forecasts, progress reporting, and timely escalation of emerging issues.
- Support proposals, bids, scopes of work, fee development, project mobilization, and client-focused solutions.
- Monitor scope, fees, costs, changes, contractual obligations, and commercial performance.
- Resolve issues early by taking ownership of actions and guiding practical solutions.
- Capture lessons learned and strengthen project management practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering major, complex projects or programs in engineering, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, institutional, mission critical, data center, or comparable environments.
- Demonstrated project management, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience supporting planning, design reviews, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out activities.
- Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
- Experience with project controls, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

- Competitive salary: $104,100 - 138,000 (AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT), $95,000 - 130,800 (MB & ON), $94,100 - 124,900 (NB, NL, NS, PE & QC).
