Description
We are seeking an AI ML and Cloud Security Lead to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key activities to progress their career, including setting the three-year plan that moves CSO security services from rule-based to agent-operated, and defending the investment case for it to the CISO and GSK Tech leadership.
The role involves owning the architecture, engineering, and secure delivery of the agentic framework transforming security services across the Chief Security Office. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in cyber security or AI engineering, including senior leadership in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the AI security standards, reference architectures, and threat models binding across CAS and every GSK business AI initiative
- Leading a 17-role function across five sub-functions and three countries, including leaders of teams, and owning its capability and succession plan
- Translating the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 into architectural requirements ahead of mandated deadlines
- Representing the function to the CISO, GSK Tech leadership, the Enterprise AI programme, auditors, and regulators
- Owning the commercial relationship with the managed service vendor operating the agentic framework and data fabric
The role requires a strong understanding of AI security, cloud security, and leadership experience in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, vector databases, and MLOps tooling.
