On Premise Festival & Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Festival & Events Manager to lead the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull availability, presence, and brand in order to increase relevance and grow consumption across festivals and events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing partnerships, listing and quality execution of On Premise event infrastructure at 3rd party events, building partnerships with event suppliers, and training and coaching the On Premise team on event tools and execution with excellence at events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the local strategy for growing Red Bull availability, activation, and presence across the events landscape
• Managing and growing a strong network of external promoters, key influencers, national decision makers, and the local scene
• Identifying and delivering on opportunities to utilize Red Bull event assets from marketing teams
• Collaborating with brand marketing to localize Red Bull party & socializing assets to the market
• Tracking, recording, and evaluating all results of event activities implemented
• Maintaining a constant exchange of information and best practices with the national On Premise team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years sales and/or consumer event experience
• In-depth knowledge of the On Premise and event marketing
• Strong event and festival industry knowledge
• Excellent planning and project management abilities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to cultivate a team environment
• Creative mind
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities
• Willing to work weekends and at nights
• Travel 30-40%
