We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $17.75 USD per hour and a pay range of $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests, or work in a role that focuses on guest experience and service. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and support
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver results
- Adapt to current technology needs and learn new skills
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include climbing ladders, scanning and handling merchandise, and lifting up to 40 pounds
