Squishable is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to join their team in Lynnwood, Washington. As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be a natural-born leader who loves the store experience and is passionate about creating a unique and exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is confident, creative, bright, friendly, adaptable, and able to perform at the highest level consistently. You will be responsible for understanding organisational objectives, enforcing sales strategies, and holding yourself and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding organisational objectives and making decisions that align with company priorities and values
- Enforcing sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories
- Holding self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity
- Acting as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive brand loyalty and business
- Resolving customer issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Developing individual and team product knowledge to stay up-to-date on all current Squishable in-store products
- Assisting in supervising the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and use company tools
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment
- Passion for people and a dynamic leadership style
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and recognition
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to transport stock as required, including lifting cartons up to 25 lbs.

The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
