The salary range for this position is $22-30 per hour. We offer flexible hours, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your work-life balance needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data and submit session notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a criminal background check.
