B2B SEO/AEO Expert

ElevenLabs is building the most advanced AI audio platform in the world. We're looking for a B2B SEO/AEO Lead to own organic growth for the business buyer across everything we sell , our Agents platform, our developer and API products, and our enterprise offering.

The right person has done SEO for a B2B software company where the goal was pipeline rather than sessions. You are comfortable justifying a page with modest search volume because you know what those visitors are worth, and you are as comfortable with the AI search surface as with Google.

Responsibilities

• Own the low-volume, high-intent keyword universe for our B2B products , starting with Agents, then across API and enterprise
• Own AEO and the approach to measuring it effectively
• Build and ship pages yourself and with the help of growth engineers, including programmatic page sets across verticals, use cases and comparison intents
• Turn new product launches, use cases and customer stories into pages, FAQs and content, working directly with our product marketing managers
• Help direct the B2B half of our content calendar with our Growth Content Writer
• Build the reporting that makes B2B organic impact legible, and report it in pipeline

Requirements

• Experience owning SEO for a B2B software company
• Strong keyword judgment at the bottom of the funnel
• Hands-on and independent: comfortable working with AI tools, vibe coding, improving existing tooling & shipping fast
• Real, current experience improving visibility in AI search
• Comfortable with content: you can write, brief and edit to a high standard

• Experience marketing to both developers and business buyers
• Experience in voice AI, CX, contact centre, or developer tools categories
• Experience working alongside a B2B sales team and translating buyer conversations into content
• Multi-language and international SEO
• A portfolio of side projects, automations or programmatic sites you have launched
