Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the workflow of the Harvey maintenance team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the plant and equipment operate in a state that delivers the planned production capacity while maintaining the required product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the workflow of the maintenance team
• Ensure all maintenance activities are safely and appropriately carried out
• Provide communication, coordination, and cooperation with operations and other departments to achieve plant daily targets, monthly KPI's, and business objectives
• Oversee Work Management processes and Materials Management processes
• Monitor work progress against the plan and schedule and make adjustments as needed
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team
• Engage in continuous improvement of business processes
• Interact with other departments to ensure proper functioning of all systems in the plant
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Provide mechanic scheduling, timecard review, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• 3 years of experience with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience reading drawings and schematics
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with CMMS system
