Senior Finance Analyst

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Ford Customer Service (FCSD) Finance team in Szentendre, Hungary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will:

• Develop budget and business plans, consolidating input and supporting reviews with European and global teams.
• Monitor and report on financial close, including consolidation of actuals, gap analysis, reserve calculation, and forecasting.
• Partner with operational business partners and local management on daily business topics, acting as a business advisor for efficient cost and revenue management.
• Ensure robustness of internal control processes and approval authorities.
• Analyze financial data and support operations and finance management with thorough business case analysis.
• Support implementation of strategies and new business initiatives.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance.
• Strong English skills and confidence working in an international environment.
• Accounting knowledge, ideally including ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Power Query or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
