FBS Jr Executive Recruiter (Remote)

We are seeking a Junior Executive Recruiter to support our executive search and talent acquisition efforts. As a Junior Executive Recruiter, you will conduct market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification for leadership and executive-level roles. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, analyse market trends, and provide insights that support strategic hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
• Support talent mapping projects by gathering information on target companies, organisational structures, and key industry talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using online databases, social networks, and professional networking platforms.
• Assist in sourcing passive candidates through market research and targeted outreach activities.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, and research reports for Executive Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Track talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and organisational changes within target industries.
• Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data within recruiting systems and databases.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and identify relevant talent pools.
• Support candidate outreach initiatives and schedule introductory conversations when needed.
• Assist in the preparation of executive search presentations, talent insights, and market intelligence reports.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling candidate and executive search information.
• Contribute to special projects and research initiatives related to executive talent acquisition.
