Description
Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Base Specialist to join our Top Tier Supplier Organisation in Hazelwood, MO.
As a Mid-Level Supply Base Specialist, you will facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships, manage in-service requirements, and ensure performance meets contractual obligations and expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing supply base plans to support customer, program, and commodity strategies
- Analysing and monitoring supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities
- Creating mitigation plans and identifying areas for supplier and business improvement
- Providing input for potential integration into contracting strategies
To qualify, you need:
- 3+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- 3+ years of experience using data analysis and reporting to track supplier metrics and resolve issues
- Experience managing supplier performance, delivery, quality, and cost
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
- Familiarity with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- Knowledge of FAR / DFAR contracting

The starting pay rate for this position is $99,450 - $134,550 per year.
