Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will participate in and conduct customer appointments with health insurance companies, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, and hospitals. You will also identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the segments of billing and approval management, software solutions, and digitalization and archiving.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and conduct customer appointments with health insurance companies, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, and hospitals
- Translate customer requirements and insights from internal exchanges into initiatives to further develop our products, services, and solutions
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the segments of billing and approval management, software solutions, and digitalization and archiving
- Manage internal business development initiatives, including end-to-end responsibility for partial project strands
- Stakeholder management at the interface to management, legal, and finance, as well as customers and partners
- Prepare customer and management appointments, including creation of customer briefings, decision-making templates, and status and financial overviews
- Conception and implementation of internal briefing meetings to bring all parties up to a uniform level of information
- Contribute to public tenders from health insurance companies and other actors in the healthcare sector
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies with a health-related background, such as health economics, healthcare management, or digital health
- Affinity for the healthcare sector and basic understanding of the German healthcare system, its regulatory framework, and conditions
- Initial experience in project management and pronounced communication and customer orientation
- Safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as ability to prepare complex facts management-adequately
- Ability to work in a team as well as independent, structured working style
- Affinity for the use of artificial intelligence in everyday work desirable
- Very good German and good English skills
