Project Manager - DevOps team

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our DevOps team at Electronic Arts. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our leadership team, managing project and resource planning, balancing scope with capacity, tracking progress, implementing and improving processes, and mitigating risks.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management, acquired from 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally on DevOps-centric teams or similar software development projects. You will be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery across a team of DevOps engineers within a global team
• Work with tech leads and engineers on planning and implementing DevOps projects
• Guide planning and support continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives
• Create project schedules and align with development and central teams
• Meet deadlines and communicate status and risks to the project team and project partners
• Mitigate risks for areas of ownership and be the point of escalation for conflict management
