HR Adviseur

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team in Kruiningen. As an HR Advisor, you will be the primary HR contact for our site leaders and colleagues, providing guidance on various HR-related topics. You will contribute to the growth and development of our employees and the organization as a whole.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR advice to site leaders and colleagues on daily HR-related topics;
• Helping site leaders, teams, and colleagues develop and improve HR processes;
• Managing the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making salary proposals;
• Leading the execution of various HR processes, such as the annual development cycle and employee satisfaction survey;
• Collaborating with HR teams from other locations on projects that benefit the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed HBO degree in Human Resources Management;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role, preferably in a production or operational environment;
• Experience advising site leaders at a tactical and operational level;
• Excellent communication skills, energy, and a proactive and result-oriented attitude.
