Experienced Composite Laminator

We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our team in Wellingborough. As a leading carbon fibre engineering company, we supply customers worldwide with composite solutions for various industries, including Formula One, Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.

The successful candidate will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a range of products, checking information on drawings, and ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy.

Key responsibilities:

• Laminate and tool a broad range of products
• Check information on drawings is clear
• Check route card instructions are correct
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Keep all equipment maintained
• Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Motorsport/Automotive experience
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
