Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Red Bull North America, Inc.
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-trip inspections and maintaining the energy source for the lift
- Operating, changing over, cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing basic maintenance on palletizing equipment
- Ensuring the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Performing safety inspections and audits as required
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Using scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility
- Following standard work policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Forklift operations experience is essential
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage
- English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
We offer:
- Competitive compensation: $20.00 per hour; 7% target quarterly bonus

- Shift rotation: Weekday Nights - alternating between Week 1: Monday – Thursday 5pm – 5am and Week 2: Monday – Wednesday 5pm – 5am
