Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Woodfield Mall)

Squishable is a team of designers, artists, and pop-culture enthusiasts creating cute and unusual plush products.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Squishable, you will become a brand ambassador, learning about their unique products and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience in the store
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation:

• Pay range is $15.00-$16.00 per hour
