Description
We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Vehicle Commissioning to join our team at Porsche Engineering Group GmbH in Shanghai.
As a Senior Engineer, Vehicle Commissioning, you will develop and support vehicle software flashing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for complete vehicles. You will ensure high-voltage workshop safety and drive the development of related processes. Additionally, you will build and strengthen electrical and electronic competencies through coaching and knowledge transfer, and install and configure vehicle data logging systems and logger devices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software flashing and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in software flashing and diagnostic tools
- Good understanding of CAN and LIN communication protocols
- Experience with logger device installation and configuration
- High-voltage qualification and relevant HV safety experience
- Professional R&D driving licence preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; German is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on engineering excellence
- Willingness to travel
