Media and Marketing Leader

We are seeking a visionary media and marketing leader to join our Red Bull Media Network and US marketing team. As a Media and Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media strategies for all US owned and operated media channels, including social media, Red Bull TV, and Red Bull Fast channels.

Your primary objective will be to drive audience growth, engagement, and retention across all channels through innovative content strategies and distribution approaches. You will also establish and monitor KPIs for each channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies for all US owned and operated media channels
• Driving audience growth, engagement, and retention across all channels
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs for each channel
• Identifying new channel opportunities and emerging platforms
• Optimizing content programming and scheduling to maximize reach and engagement
• Leading a team that manages content published on Red Bull's social media channels, website, and TV app
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive media expertise and innovation
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Partnering with the VP of Media Partnerships to plan and drive audience and revenue growth

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industry
• 10+ years of US market experience in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling owned and operated media properties
• Deep expertise in digital media, social platforms, and content distribution strategies
• Strong background in media analytics, audience measurement, and data-driven decision making
