The role involves:

• 教育訓練: providing training on new products and sales techniques
• 行政協助: assisting sales personnel with new contract inquiries, policy servicing, and regulatory compliance
• 業務輔導: executing projects, conducting marketing activities, and coaching sales personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (insurance, risk management, finance)
• At least 2 years of experience in life insurance sales, bank insurance, or wealth management
• Professional knowledge of insurance, wealth management, and taxation
• Proficiency in creating presentation materials and delivering training sessions

Certifications required:

• 人身保險
• 投資型保單
• 外幣收付非投資型保險商品

Additional certifications in 理財規劃 or 信託 are preferred.
