Description
You will provide security-related tasks and post duties at Feld Entertainment Inc.'s facility as directed by the Security Guard Supervisor.
Essential Functions
You will maintain entry and egress access control to facility grounds. You will conduct roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas. You will verify visitor and building employee identification. You will create incident and daily operating reports. You will monitor and respond to building intrusion detection systems and alarms, as well as fire detection equipment. You will respond as necessary to support other life safety duties as identified in 'Post Orders' and standard operating procedures. You will complete daily patrol reports for your supervisor.
Qualifications
You will be required to read, be well-spoken, and verify you understand Post Orders. Prior security experience in a large facility environment or law enforcement is required. You will need to use a computer and basic programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. First Aid/CPR training or certification is preferred. You must be able to stand for long periods of time in outside, covered, and uncovered areas. Experience with crowd control is necessary.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent conflict resolution and crisis management skills are essential. You should be able to read and write, communicate effectively, and understand basic instructions.
