Key Account Manager

Logitech is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with assigned direct and hybrid customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing marketing activities, and driving commercial aspects for all relevant categories and resellers to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems
• Defining business requirements while working with key stakeholders
• Understanding current processes and process gaps
• Optimizing assortment at partners
• Owning, driving, and developing the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers
• Forecasting and planning business with partners
• Securing needed inventory levels
• Managing backlog and addressing potential risks and opportunities
• Building strong business relationships with partners
• Planning product launch execution

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Three years of sales experience
• Fluency in a Nordic language and English
• Proven track record in planning and execution
• Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills
• Extensive experience in Account Management in consumer electronics or FMCG
• Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
