Senior Software Engineer - AI Infrastructure Performance Insights & Observability

As a Senior Software Engineer - AI Infrastructure Performance Insights & Observability, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the performance insights and observability capabilities of CoreWeave's AI infrastructure.

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for performance insights and observability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Analyse and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and uptime

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
