Description
As a Product Manager for Claude Tag at Anthropic, you will bring Claude Tag to where work collaboration happens.
Claude Tag is a multiplayer and proactive agent that lives in collaboration tools. It's changed how Anthropic works internally: the company's version of Claude Tag writes 65% of merged PRs for products. Claude Tag is well adopted across roles and is used for data analyses, building prototypes, reviewing legal tickets, handling customer support questions, and hundreds of other tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining Claude Tag's core interactions on new surfaces, tailoring the interaction model to fit each surface.
- Owning the strategy and roadmap for bringing Claude Tag to new collaboration surfaces beyond Slack.
- Managing external partnerships to make these surfaces possible, from initial conversations to shipped integrations.
- Driving adoption from design partners to scaled rollout at large companies.
To be a good fit, you should:
- Have 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience driving product direction.
- Have experience shipping platform integrations or ecosystem products and managing partner relationships.
- Possess strong instincts for multiplayer and collaborative product design.
- Have a solid grasp of model capabilities and work fluently with engineering teams on technical products.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and bring structure to it.
- Have a creative, problem-solving mindset.
The annual compensation range for this role is $1-$2 USD.
