Bespoke Relationship Manager - MSO

We are seeking a Bespoke Relationship Manager to join McLaren Special Operations (MSO). As a key member of the MSO team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with VIP clients, assisting them in designing and specifying their bespoke cars, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional ownership experience for VIP clients, fostering brand advocacy
• Be available to answer client queries via phone and social media outside of core work hours
• Assist retailers and clients with bespoke vehicle orders from start to finish
• Host clients, retailers, and prospects to discuss bespoke car visions and guide them to a deliverable specification
• Build strong relationships with valued customers, conveying trust and encouraging engagement with the McLaren brand
• Provide customer insights to support process, product, and experience development
• Collaborate with internal teams on MSO bespoke enquiries
• Host clients at events for bespoke specification sessions, advocating the MSO brand
• Travel for extended periods, as required

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive design and manufacturing
• Awareness of motoring trends, market influence, and luxury lifestyle
• Inner confidence and technical competency in discussing mechanical and bespoke options
• Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with resilience and integrity
