Internship HR Processes & Digitalization

We are driving forward the digital transformation in the HR department at Porsche. We combine process and method expertise with the latest technologies and artificial intelligence.

Your tasks:

• Support the analysis of requirements, conception, evaluation, and introduction of innovative HR-IT solutions and AI use cases in the HR environment
• Analyse, optimise, and model HR processes in various departments
• Research and benchmark trends in artificial intelligence and HR technologies
• Support the development, testing, and optimisation of AI agents and AI-driven processes
• Assist in creating decision-making and management documents
• Support planning, organising, and conducting workshops with departments, IT teams, and external partners
• Create and maintain process and system documentation, as well as governance and best practice documents
• Participate in evaluating KI tools and software solutions in the HR environment

Requirements:

• Currently studying business informatics, engineering, economics, human resource management, or a related field (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between bachelor and master)
• Strong interest in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies
• Initial practical experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions)
• Ideally, initial experience in developing AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar technologies is beneficial
• Analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with different stakeholders
• Self-initiative and team orientation
• Very good German and good English language skills (min. B2)
