Physical Security Risk Mgmt - CDD 12 Mois

You will join the Protective Security France team at HSBC as a Physical Security Risk Management specialist on a 12-month contract.

Your main objective will be to oversee security projects, ensure the proper functioning of security systems, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Master project management (MOA) and security project management
• Collect business needs and formalise expectations (functional, technical, planning, budget)
• Conduct deployment/evolution projects for security solutions (e.g., CCTV, access control)
• Analyse offers (technical and financial) and provide recommendations
• Supervise implementation phases: coordinate with providers, monitor planning, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans
• Ensure system commissioning (testing, compliance, documentation, issue resolution)
• Maintain a "fit for purpose" approach: ensure solutions are adapted, maintainable, robust, and consistent with group standards

System management (hardware and software):

• Ensure operational maintenance of systems: supervision, incident monitoring, coordination of interventions
• Monitor updates/versions/patches (application and hardware components) and organise quality assurance
• Contribute to cyber alert response (remediation, patching, hardening, compliance)
• Participate in recertification activities (access, rights, compliance, controls)
• Manage version upgrades and validations: UAT, OAT, production
• Be the Protective Security France point of contact for new technologies used in the security perimeter

Transverse work and governance:

• Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Facilities/Workplace, Procurement, Risk/Compliance teams
• Produce/maintain documentation: procedures, operating modes, deployment plans, meeting minutes, indicators
• Contribute to security roadmaps (evolutions, obsolescence, technical trajectory) and prioritisation

Requirements:

• Confirmed experience in security/risk management (or equivalent) with an operational and/or project dimension
• Knowledge of security systems: good understanding of CCTV and access control
• Ability to write a roadmap and structure an evolution trajectory
• Understanding of technical environments (network infrastructure notions, integration, IT constraints)
• Ability to work transversely and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Rigour, organisational sense, prioritisation capacity (incidents vs projects)
• Clear communication (written/oral) and solution-oriented posture
• Military experience or academic background in security/risk management: an asset
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in security/risk management or related field
• Technical certification/approval in corporate security (according to applicable references)
• Professional English
