As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers
In this role, you will work part-time hours, including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
