IONL Executive Committee

The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is seeking members for its Executive Committee.

The IONL Executive Committee oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the organization
• Develop and implement strategic plans
• Oversee financial management and budgeting
• Foster collaboration and partnerships with healthcare organizations and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Current or past experience in nursing leadership roles
• Strong understanding of nursing leadership and healthcare trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
