Description
We are seeking an engaged Department Manager with a focus on leadership to join our team at Vattenfall Services Nordic AB. As a department manager, your main focus will be on your employees. You will ensure that your team has the right competence and conditions to carry out their assignments and continue to develop the business without compromising safety or work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel and resource planning
- Develop existing employees and actively work to increase the number of employees in the department
- Economic forecasting, budgeting, and business follow-up, as well as analysis of the business
You will be part of the business area's management group and contribute to the operational and strategic work of the entire business area. Travel will occur, for example, to visit your employees in the field, to the department's establishments, customer visits, and for the management group's work.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience working as a leader with personnel responsibility
- Strong drive for issues related to employee development and engagement
- Experience of customer and supplier relationships, economic follow-up, and contract management is meritorious
- Experience from the power industry is advantageous
