Senior Account Program Manager, Creative Operations

We are seeking a Senior Account Program Manager to join our Creative Operations team at NVIDIA. As a Senior Account Program Manager, you will drive day-to-day communications and operations between the Creative staff and NVIDIA's business units, ensuring timely delivery of quality creative products to internal clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead communications with internal clients and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, strategy, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage projects from initial briefing to on-time delivery, including scope, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide excellent service and set expectations on workflow.
• Coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers.
• Collaborative style with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest or experience with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
