Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales

Join the New York Red Bulls team as a Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales representative at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets and provide customer service using the SI Tickets ticketing system
• Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change
• Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems
• Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules
• Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience
• Guest-centric, quality service attitude
• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Committed to work 85-90% of the 2027 Season Home Schedule and any additional matches/events
• Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms a plus!

The hourly rate for this temporary position is $20/hour.
