Senior Director, Program Director, Ground Maneuver

As the Senior Director, Program Director , Ground Maneuver, you will own the development and deployment of Anduril's groundbreaking ground maneuver systems , unmanned ground vehicles, robotic platforms, and soldier-borne hardware , to meet the operational needs of the Department of War.

Key responsibilities:

• Integrate communications, computing, sensors, and effectors onto Anduril's ground platforms
• Lead a team of program managers to develop and adhere to strict schedules, cost constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Develop strong relationships with Anduril's partners and DoW customers
• Autonomously execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from internal engineering, customers, and third-party corporate partners
• Develop and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication
• Own the program's path through government test and evaluation
• Foster a creative, high-performance culture within the team
• Collaborate with finance and business development teams to develop proposal responses
• Partner with business development and capture teams to grow the Ground Maneuver portfolio

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years experience managing the development of complex electromechanical or vehicle-based systems throughout the product lifecycle
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar, high volume hardware deliveries and driving their on-time, on-budget completion
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience assisting in budget creation and process cost optimization
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• In-depth knowledge of ground vehicles, robotics, or other ruggedized electromechanical products
• Knowledge of integrating radios and waveforms, edge compute, EO/IR or RF sensors, and effector payloads onto a common platform
• Strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with hardware and software development teams
• Demonstrated experience in establishing information dominance in challenging situations
• Direct experience with ground combat, tactical vehicle, or soldier equipment programs
• Experience working within the bounds of a DoW contract vehicle
• Experience supporting business development and capture for DoW, broader USG, or allied programs
