Red Bull Student Marketeer's are part of the world's most dynamic and strong brand ambassador programme. They develop and enhance the brand image and product awareness in their campuses and regions, considering the target audience.
Their goal is to reach new consumers, engage with university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.
The Student Marketeers team consists of students who prefer flexible work schedules over traditional office hours and enjoy working in a creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand and its values by developing relationships with consumers and customers daily.
- Increase consumer base and awareness of Red Bull by matching products with the right audience at the right time.
- Develop innovative plans and implement them to create excitement and make the brand a part of campus life.
- Establish and maintain connections with key contacts in the region and campus.
- Create unique content for social media to increase brand loyalty.
- Participate in Red Bull events and activities to provide an unforgettable brand experience.
- Apply the principles of perfectionism to every detail of the job.
- Regular face-to-face and online meetings with the team to share ideas and collaborate.
- Plan and report tasks on a personal platform in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to the development of Red Bull Media Hub by following regional trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure Red Bull products are available and visible in sales points.
- Work with the sales team to increase Red Bull's presence in sales points on campus and in the surrounding area.
- Ensure Red Bull meets the desired standards in its sales points.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing.
You will also be responsible for being aware of campus events, popular places, and trends among students, understanding the student community, and having a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
Working part-time and managing student life is a requirement, as well as a willingness to learn and apply new skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
Having connections with influential groups and individuals on campus or the ability to establish them is also important.
Above all, you must be passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
