Role Description: Our Associates work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for our customers every day. You will be working within one of several teams:

• Receiving: accepting customers' new inventory and owning the process of getting it put away and accepted into our system.
• Picking: delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
• Packing: ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly.
• Other Duties as Required: helping out in other areas to ensure operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handling, storing, and distributing products safely and maintaining their quality and legality.
• Following standard operating procedures and reporting any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
• Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

Requirements:

• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Willing to help out in other departments as needed.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Previous warehouse experience not required; 7-day training program provided.
